These Terms of Service govern your use of the Outsourced Label website and your purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About our products
All Outsourced Label garments are custom printed on demand. Products are printed in Brisbane, Australia on AS Colour base garments. Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the finished printed garment due to differences in screen calibration and print processes.
Orders and payment
By placing an order you confirm that all details provided are accurate, including your shipping address, size selection, and payment information. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled, as production begins promptly.
Returns and refunds
Because every item is custom printed per order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
We will offer a replacement or full refund in the following circumstances:
- The garment arrives with a confirmed print defect or production fault.
- The wrong item or size was dispatched.
- The garment arrives damaged.
To request a replacement or refund, email us at hello@outsourcedlabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo showing the fault. We will assess your request and respond promptly.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Intellectual property
All phrase designs, branding, and content on this website are the property of Outsourced Label and are protected under Australian trademark and copyright law. Outsourced Label™ is a registered trademark pending approval with IP Australia (Class 25). Reproduction of our designs without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Outsourced Label is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
