Shipping policy

All products in the Outsourced Label store are printed on demand in Brisbane, Australia through our local print partner. Because every garment is custom printed when you order, please allow the following timeframes:

Production time: 3 to 7 business days from the date of your order.

Standard shipping (Australia wide): 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping: Next business day after dispatch for addresses covered by the Australia Post Express Post Network. Rural and remote addresses may take longer and are outside our control.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Free standard shipping applies to all Australian orders over $100 AUD.

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

We cannot take responsibility for courier or Australia Post delays once your order has been dispatched on time. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
